1. Scope of Services
Jenick Travels & Tours Ltd. provides comprehensive travel services including but not limited to:
- Travel consultation and itinerary planning
- Visa and immigration assistance
- Flight bookings and reservations
- Hotel and accommodation bookings
- Tour packages and group travel arrangements
- Travel insurance recommendations
- Airport transfers and ground transportation
2. Visa & Immigration Services
While we provide visa application assistance and guidance, we cannot guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the respective embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities. We are not responsible for visa refusals, delays, or rejections.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, required documents, and meeting all eligibility criteria. Any false or misleading information may result in visa refusal, and we shall not be held liable for such outcomes.
3. Payments & Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and payment is received. Prices may fluctuate due to exchange rate variations, airline policies, hotel availability, or other factors beyond our control.
A deposit may be required to secure bookings, with the balance due before travel dates as specified in your booking confirmation. Bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the client.
4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by airline, hotel, tour operator, and service provider. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of third-party suppliers and may incur cancellation fees.
Service fees charged by Jenick Travels & Tours Ltd. are non-refundable. Changes to confirmed bookings may be subject to additional fees and availability. We recommend reviewing cancellation policies before confirming your booking.
5. Flights, Hotels & Third-Party Suppliers
We act as an intermediary between you and airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers. We are not liable for:
- Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
- Hotel overbooking or service quality issues
- Lost, damaged, or delayed luggage
- Changes in services provided by third-party suppliers
- Acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, or other service providers
Any disputes regarding services provided by third parties should be directed to the respective service provider.
6. Group Trips & Tours
Group trips and tours are subject to minimum participant requirements. We reserve the right to cancel or modify group tours if minimum numbers are not met, with appropriate notice and refund options provided.
Participants in group tours must adhere to the itinerary, timelines, and conduct guidelines. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from activities without refund. We are not responsible for individual participants' actions or behavior.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and other travel-related risks. Travel insurance is not included in our service fees unless explicitly stated.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding their insurance coverage. We are not liable for any losses or expenses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Ensuring passport validity (minimum 6 months from travel date)
- Obtaining required visas, vaccinations, and travel documents
- Providing accurate personal information and travel details
- Complying with health and entry requirements of destination countries
- Adhering to customs and immigration regulations
- Arriving on time for flights, tours, and scheduled activities
- Maintaining appropriate conduct during travel
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jenick Travels & Tours Ltd. shall not be liable for:
- Visa refusals, delays, or rejections by immigration authorities
- Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or force majeure events
- War, terrorism, political unrest, or civil disturbances
- Personal injury, illness, or death not directly caused by our negligence
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
10. Data Protection & Confidentiality
Client data is handled with strict confidentiality, Information is shared only with relevant authorities and suppliers for service delivery. We do not sell or misuse client data.
11. Amendments
Jenick Travels reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always apply to current and future bookings.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which the service is provided and applicable international travel regulations.
13. Acceptance
By making payment, submitting documents, or confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
